Activities

Within our Centres we offer a range of activities for all of the family to help you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

For children you can enjoy Soft Play centres, birthday parties, holiday activities and sports courses.  Adults can also enjoy sports courses, classes and sessions.  And for senior adults we have specific classes and sessions as well as activity mornings to enjoy.

Many of our centres have a café where you can enjoy meeting up with friends or refuel after your workout or swim.  You may also find a range of other facilities when you visit our Centres - such as climbing walls, crèche's, indoor bowls greens, tenpin bowling, meeting rooms.
