Whichever route you take to starting out in one of our gyms whether it is a Places for People membership, Gym Only or Pay as You Go, we will make sure you receive a personalised programme to support you in achieving your goals. Our Fitness teams are the highest qualified within our sector which means we can offer you access to great knowledge and expertise on every visit.
Within the gym we offer a variety of activities for all levels of health & fitness. If you are starting exercise after illness our GP referral/ Cardiac Rehab scheme could be the route for you. Returning after injury? Our personal trainers will be able to support you through structure sports specific sessions to get you back on track!
We also offer supervised teen gym sessions for 11-15yr olds. These run at specific times & help young people to make a great start to a fitter & healthier future.
Aside from this we regularly run gym challenges, offering additional motivation by encouraging you to achieve something new during each workout. Also, for an additional charge, our trainers run small group training courses offering new training techniques & ways to keep your training fresh, why not try Vipr, Kettle Bell or Boot Camp?
