Workout Classes

Our Workout Class timetables offer lots of different class types for all fitness levels, at a variety of times throughout the week to suit your busy lifestyle.  To help you plan, advance booking is available to ensure you get the slot you want.

As Workout Classes are included within an all-inclusive Places for People membership package, mixing up your workouts couldn’t be easier.  If you choose to Pay as You Go all classes are still available to you.

From Body Pump to Zumba we have something for everyone. Our classes suit all ages and utilise both studio and pool based exercise, offering support, great instructors, motivating music and most of all results!

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
