Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday to Friday 3.30pm – 4.15pm & 4.15pm - 5.00pm
Saturdays 11.00am - 12.00pm
Sundays 2.00pm – 3.00pm.
Inductions are available Saturday at 3.00pm and 3.30pm and must be booked in advance.
