Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Saturdays 3.00pm - 5.00pm
Sundays 11.00am – 1.00pm.
Inductions are available Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday and must be booked in advance.
