Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are limited to 10 spaces per hour. If you are a member you can book into these slots up to 2 weeks in advance with reception
Monday – Friday 3.30pm – 5.30pm*
Saturdays and Sundays 10.00am – 12.00pm
*1.00pm - 5.00pm During School Holidays
