If you are over 50 and looking to build your confidence in the water or improve your basic strokes and are looking to learn in a fun and relaxed environment, then we have the course for you!

Wednesday 14th September 2.00-2.45pm
Thursday 15th September 10.30-11.30am and 8.05-8.50pm

50+ Lane Swim

This session is open to over 50s wishing to swim lengths of the pool.

Text size controls

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel back or forward.
