Disabled swimming session with exclusive use of the main and learner pools.  Just turn up, pay and enjoy your swim!

If you are attending a group or individual swimming lesson, please swim for free during the casual session.

Is your child or young adult struggling to swim or would like more support in the water?  We are pleased to announce the launch of swimming lessons for disabled juniors aged 5 to 18 years. Sessions will help to promote positive experiences for children developing friendships, encouraging social activities and supporting relationships with carers.

Our fully qualified teachers can help children and young people with disabilities including;

  • Autistic spectrum disorders                   
  • Complex health needs
  • Moving and handling needs                   
  • Severe learning disabilities including ASD
  • Challenging behaviour as a result of their impairment

 

GROUP LESSONS

A 6 week Group Course- Max 6 Students per lesson

1.00pm  - 1.30pm

1.30pm - 2.00pm                      

 

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS 

20 minute lessons running over 4 weeks.

1.00pm – 1.20pm

1.20pm – 1.40pm

1.40pm – 2.00pm

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
