GP Referral

If you have suffered from an illness, or recently had an operation, our GP Referral sessions will help you get back into fitness.  Our qualified and friendly instructors will supervise you over a 10 week period.

To make use of this service, you will need a ‘prescription to exercise’ from your GP. Contact the gym for further details.

Weight Management

Weight Management is a programme designed to help people lose weight through eating healthily and becoming more active. It targets people who may be at risk of developing health problems due to their weight. The programme is also of value to people who have existing health problems and would benefit from losing weight.

If you would like to go on the next course please contact Lauren Lee, laurenlee@pfpleisure.org

Pulmonary Rehab

Pulmonary rehabilitation has been shown to improve exercise capacity, reduce breathlessness, improve health-related quality of life, and decrease healthcare utilisation.
