We have a range of workout classes exclusively for 11 to 15 year olds so you can have fun, keep fit and meet new friends.
Classes are free to junior members and £3.80 to non-members. Book upto two weeks in advance or just turn up, pay and join in.
Tuesday 5.00pm Circuits
A 45 minute circuits session in the main hall.
Saturday 11.00am Gym based circuits
A 1 hour gym equipment based circuit’s session.
Sunday 11.00am Studio Cycling
An energetic 30 minute class suitable for all abilities.
Please note that you must have size 4+ feet to be able to pedal.
We also run a range of courses for junior's including trampolining & urban dance.
