Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years can visit the gym for a workout during the times below.
Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions. Group Inductions are held at 2.00pm on a Sunday and are bookable in advance.
Junior Gym sessions Times
Term time: Monday- Friday 4pm-6pm
Holiday times Monday- Friday 10am-3pm
Weekends: Saturday -Sunday 10am -3pm
New Adult & Junior Access
Great news! Juniors will now be able to access the extended hours below if they are accompanied to the gym by a member who is a parent/guardian or sibling (16yrs+)
Term time: Monday- Friday 6am-6pm
Holiday times Monday- Friday 6am-6pm
Weekends: Saturday -Sunday 8am -8pm
Junior Workout Classes
We have a range of workout classes exclusively for 11 to 15 year olds so you can have fun, keep fit and meet new friends. Classes are free to junior members and £3.85 to non-members. Book up to two weeks in advance or just turn up, pay and join in.
Tuesday 5.00pm Circuits
A 45 minute circuits session in the main hall.
Saturday 11.00am Gym based circuits
A 1 hour gym equipment based circuit’s session.
Sunday 11.00am Team Indoor Cycling
An energetic 30 minute class suitable for all abilities.
Please note that you must have size 4+ feet to be able to pedal.
