On the last Wednesday of the every month there will be member challenges in the gym giving you the opportunity to;

• Vary your workout

• Help keep you motivated

• Try something new

 

Challenge Calendar

March:

How many box jumps can be completed in 60 seconds?

 

April:

10 Full Body Burpees. How quickly can you do yours?

 

May:

10 of each in order….. Press Ups, Walking Lunges, Tricep Dips, Jumping Squats, Bicycle Crunches

 

June:

20 tabata squats, 10 reverse lunges, 3 bunny hops. 15 sets in under 8 minutes.

Can you do it?

 

July:

1k Bike – level 6

0.5k treadmill – quick as you can

250m Row – level 10

 

August:

20 of each in order……. Star Jumps, high knees, jumping squats, jumping lunges, mountain climbers.

 

September:

Fastest rower…. 500m…… Whats your quickest time?

 

October:

10 seconds of Squats, 20 second plank, 30 seconds of press ups, 40 seconds of jumping lunges, 50 seconds of crunches, 60 seconds of star jumps

 

November:

12 pull ups, 12 press ups, 12 dips.

 

December: Merry ‘Fit’Mas

Continuous for 6 minutes:

1 star jump, 1 press up, 1 jumping lunge, 1 box jump, 1 burpee, 1 crunch, 1 jumping squat…..

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
