Swimming is one of the best forms of all round exercise available, an activity for everybody, whether you want to get healthier, fitter, or just have fun and relax.
No matter what your age, weight and physical ability, swimming and water-based activities can provide you with whole body workout, great for shaping up and even a gentle swim can burn over 200 calories in half an hour. It is also a great way to relax and refresh you after a stressful day.
