50+

Activities for the over 50s to enjoy

We have some dedicated classes for adults aged 50+, and those who have never exercised before. Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

Active Always

Active Always sessions provide an excellent opportunity to meet new friends and enjoy a range of activities.

Active Always is a programme of physical activity that will improve your health and wellbeing.

If you have never exercised before, its not too late to start. All instructors are specially qualified to teach health related exercise to people of all levels of fitness and ability to ensure everyone can join in at their own pace.

The programme is co-ordinated through RMBC Sports Development in partnership with several NHS Rotherham services and and community partners across Rotherham

Active Always Classes

There are a variety of Active Always sessions available in the community, you can download the Active Always brochure here, which includes a voucher to try some of the sessions for FREE.
