Short Course Classes
We offer a range of short 6 week courses for both members and non-members to try new things! If the classes prove popular then there's the option to have these added to our full group workout timetable!
£12 for members for the 6 weeks.
£15 for non-members for the 6 weeks.
Stretch and Strength.
Join Emily for her brand new class; a 60 minute class split between stretching and core strength on Wednesday 7-8AM. Improve your flexibility with some full body stretches and say goodbye to all of those tight muscles. Loosening up can help you kick on further in your other exercises and improving core strength can be especially beneficial for stability, balance and all-round performance.
Join Sam for her Cardio Combat class on Wednesdays 8pm - 9pm.
Cardio Combay is a high intensity, fat burning workout which incorporates a mixture of combat and aerobic moves choreographed to music.
This is a fun, great calorie burning workout.
Join Shelley for Kettlebells on Mondays from 12.30-1.30PM. This is an all-body, circuit-based workout. Designed to burn fat through high intensity activities! If you want to work hard and tone, this is the class for you!
Join Emmeline on Sunday from 10.30-11.30AM for Ballet Fit!
Improve your posture and alignment, flexibility, strength and stamina as you learn Ballet movement that moves you across the space with no need for Barres or Ballet shoes. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
Contemporary Dance Fit.
Join Emmeline on Tuesday evening from 8-9PM for Contemporary Dance Fit!
An energetic and stimulating class teaching basic Contemporary Dance technique choreographed to uplifting music. Balance like a Ballerina and move with the power of an athlete. Stretch out and leave class feel taller. Suitable for beginners and improvers.
