A range of classes and sessions in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied. Classes are included in all-Inclusive memberships and members can book up to 14 days in advance. You can also try classes as a non-member but can only book 6 days in advance and have to pay at the time of booking.

Active Life 50+
A structured session for the over 50's - swimming lessons and/or easy aqua aerobics.
A total body workout; Aqua Fit ensures that you use every muscle in your body by using the water as resistance. The water takes out the impact of the moves. Work at your own levels & get results.
This is a boxing based fitness class with Brett, open for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The workout focuses on pad work, bodyweight exercises, boxing technique as well as some circuits based exercises.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!
This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm!
The energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation.
Our bootcamp, run by Charlotte, is a group physical training program designed to be high intensity and challenging! Charlotte will help build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals!

Indoor Group Cycling
Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes. There's also a beginners sessions available if you want to start with something to ease you in!
