Enjoy a group cycling session
Our Indoor Cycling classes are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. By using different seating/standing positions, speeds and resistances your instructor will take you through a warm up, hill climbs, sprints and interval training methods that mimic road cycling.

Indoor Cycling really is great activity that can be enjoyed by anyone. It’s often thought to be something for the super fit but its equally good for beginners as you control your own intensity whilst remaining part of a group environment. So whether you are new or just returning to exercise, an athlete or are training for an endurance event it’s well worth coming along and giving it a try.
