One-to-one Personal Training is a great way to keep motivated in the gym. One of our Personal Trainers can assess your current lifestyle (activity levels, gym experience etc) and together you can decide on some realistic challenging goals for you to achieve.
Whether your goal is to drop a dress size or two, or even if you want to pack on some muscle, a motivating Personal Training session will educate you on what you should and shouldn’t be doing be doing in the gym and really help you to start seeing the results that you’ve always wanted.

Small Group Training Sessions
Training with friends or in a group can be motivating and fun, plus it saves you money. We are now offering small group sessions at the following times.
Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.00am with Georgio
Wednesdays 2.00pm - 3.00pm with Laura/Becky
Thursdays 12.00noon - 1.00pm with Michaela
There are a maximum of 4 spaces on each session. You don't have to know each other to join the group. Prices are £15 per person. For more information speak to an instructor or call us on 01403 211311 to book into one of the group sessions.
