Cancellation Policy For Group Classes
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Any member/non member failing to attend a class for which they have booked or does not notify of their attendance at reception will automatically get a fine of £4.60 on their account. This fine needs to then be paid before they can book any other classes.
Any member/non member who wishes to cancel their class has until the start of class to do so.
If you book at reception you cannot cancel that same class online, you can only cancel at reception. If you book online you can cancel either online or at reception.
We encourage all members/non members to book classes online. (On our home page click on the link "Book an activity" on the right side of the page. You then register your details and you're good to go!) You then have all the control and can keep up to date with which classes you are booked in for.
Members can book two weeks in advance. Non members can book one week in advance.
Bookings can be taken during the centres opening times.
A member/non member may only book up to two places at any one time.
Non Members booking will be expected to pay at the time of booking, switch payment can be made over the phone.
All fitness courses such as Yoga, H.I.T.T., X-Fit etc. require FULL payment before the start of the first session.
