Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions. This session aims to introduce fitness awareness and enjoyment of a healthy lifestyle before this age group can become members.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 3.30pm- 4.30pm & 4.30pm- 5.30pm
(Except Bank Holidays)
Sundays 10.00am – 11.00am.
