Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.

Thursday 3.30pm-4.15pm & 4.15pm-5.00pm
Friday 4.00pm-5.00pm, 5.00pm-6.00pm & 6.00pm-7.00pm
Saturday & Sunday 2.00pm-3.00pm & 3.00pm-4.00pm
NEW Outside supervised sessions
Junior Gym members may use the gym from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday and anytime at weekends.
Junior members must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or sibling (16+) who is an authorised gym user, unless they are attending any scehduled Junior Gym sessions.
