Simple aerobic patterns resulting in a fun and enjoyable workout.
This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. This class is not suitable during any stage of pregnancy.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and results you came for – fast!
Indoor Cycling Workout
Our exciting, instructor led indoor cycling classes are perfect for beginners to serious cyclists. A fantastic calorie burner for 30 or 45 minutes.
Pilates / Fitness Pilates
Pilates teaches you how to use your msucles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.
A gentle total body workout incorporating easy to follow aerobic moves & walking exercises with toning & stretching exercises, perfect for all ages.
Legs Tums and Bums
A fun and easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!
Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout. Build strength, flexibility & definition in this chilled out class.
Get fantastic toning results in this total body workout utilising adjustable steps and easy to follow moves.
An exciting mix of body weight & external weighted total body conditioning exercises - resulting in a full body workout.
This class has it all! Great choreography with explosive high/low impact moves.
Cardiac Phase IV
Cardiac Phase IV is an exercise and education programme for people recovering from heart attacks, heart surgery and cardiac interventions. The classes are led by highly qualified and knowledgeable cardiac rehabilitation instructors. You need to be referred by your Phase III cardiac team, or via your GP.
30 Minute Blast
A half hour session designed to work you to the max; sessions vary depending on the instructor but can promise a high energy session!
Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
