Activities for the over 50s to enjoy

We have some dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.

Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.

Cardiac Phase IV

Cardiac Phase IV is an exercise and education programme for people recovering from heart attacks, heart surgery and cardiac interventions.

The classes are led by highly qualified and knowledgeable cardiac rehabilitation instructors. Attendance at the classes can increase fitness levels, reduce cardiac symptoms, improve health and reduce the risk of future heart problems.

This programme can support and motivate people to make positive lifestle changes and achieve a long term physical activity habit.

To attend this class you need to be referred by your Phase III cardiac team, or via your GP.

Walkaerobics
