We offer a range of classes to help target specific areas of the body to improve body shape, increase strength and help you to get results.
Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout. Build strength, fexibility and definition in this chilled class
Yoga is run on:
- Wednesday at 10.30am
Thursday at 7.30pm

Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement and is ideal for all levels of fitness.
Pilates is run for 1 hour on the following days and times:
- Wednesday - 11.30am & 7.15pm
- Thursday - 10.30am
Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT)
A fun and easy class targeting all of those problem areas. Whether you wish to tone this areas or just lose weight this fun and easy class is for you.
Legs, Bums and Tums is run for 1 hour on the following days and times:
- Tuesday - 9.30am & 6.00pm
- Friday - 9.30am
An exciting mix of body weight and external weighted total body conditioning exercises - resulting in a full body workout.
Circuits is run for 1 hour on the following days and times:
- Monday - 7.30pm
Using light to moderate weight with lots of repetition, BodyPump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!
BodyPump is run for 1 hour on the following days and times:
- Wednesday 9.30am & 6.00pm
- Thursday - 12.15pm & 6.30pm
Known as the Zumba "pool party", Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class!
Aqua Zumba is run for 45 minutes on the following days and times:
- Wednesday 7.30pm
