Enjoy a wide range of group workout classes
We have over 30 workout classes running per week to suit all ages and abilities.
Classes are free to members and non-members can come along on a pay-as-you-go basis. No booking is currently required - except for Pilates classes.
Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the class start time - admissions to the class are not permitted once a class has started.
