We have a range of activities for 11 - 15 year olds to enjoy
We have our Junior Gym programme for 11-15 year olds. We have more gym sessions running so please join us for a safe, fun and friendly workout!
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.

Sessions can be booked from 9am the day before.
