Body pump is for anyone looking to get lean and toned.
The original barbel class. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 590 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Cardio Combat is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door!
Ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During Body Balance an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
Indoor Group Cycling
Group Cycle is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Tune in to some great music as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a Group Cycle class today..
Circuits are a full body workout that uses a combination of cardio exercises, resistance exercises and bodyweight exercises. Classes tend to run a set amount of exercises that you work your way through during the class. This usually entails small rest periods and high amounts of repetitions.
Legs, Bums & Tums (LBT)
Legs, bums and Tums is a class that focuses mainly on legs, bums and core. These exercises look to tone and develop these muscles.
Dance Fit is a Dance class that emphasises body movements to create a combination of dance and fitness.
Yoga is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and stability. Yoga is a very relaxing class that will boost physical and mental wellbeing.
As the name suggests, this class is set at a more sedate pace. It includes mobility, stretching and co-ordination exercises, seated exercises and a gentle circuit. It suits those with slight mobility and other health related challenges, including cardiac rehabilitation.
