Cardiac Rehabilitation

Dorking Sports Centre offers a ‘Cardiac Rehabilitation’ session, to help those recovering from a cardiac condition and to support you back to fitness.

Run by Jackie Coates, a Cardiac Rehab specialist, the weekly session lasts for an hour from 2-3pm every Friday.

The sessions cost £5 per week and everyone is encouraged to exercise at his or her own pace. To attend you must have been referred by a health care professional.

Jackie is fully qualified with the British Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation as a Cardiac Phase IV Instructor
