Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Juniors aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and rowers, plus fitness advice. Participants must attend an induction prior to taking part in these sessions. Inductions and sessions are bookable in advance.

Mon–Thurs: 3.30pm–4.30pm & 4.30pm-5.30pm
Session Times (Holiday time)
Mon-Thurs: 11.00am-12.00pm and 2.00pm-3.00pm
