GROUP PROGRAMME STRUCTURE
• No more than 12 participants per group
• 8 weekly structured sessions lasting 90 minutes
• Combination of facilitator-led exercises, practical
• 12 weeks fitness membership incusive to the programme
• Only £49.99 for 8-week course (=£6.25 per 1.5 hrs session)
