Activities for the over 50s to enjoy
We have some dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.
Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes.
This session runs from 9.30 to 10.30. It is a gentle total body workout incorporating easy to follow aerobic moves & walking exercises with toning & stretching exercises, perfect for all ages especially the over 50s.
9.30 to 11.00 our Senior Sports Club is an enjoyable, social activity session. Try a new activity such as badminton, short tennis or table tennis followed by a cup of tea or coffee.
