Daniel specialises in pad work. He trains his clients in Thai kickboxing & boxing. He is a qualified Ricky Hatton boxing academy instructor & is a qualified strength & conditioning coach. He also has qualifications in postural assessment & analysis, kettlebell, training & nutrition for weight management.'

Saeed Khazal- Level 3 Personal Trainer

Saeed eats, sleeps and breathes health and fitness. Health and fitness has formed the foundation of his social, academic and working life for as long as he can remember. As a UKBFF men's physique athlete Saeed has continued to evolve his method of training and dietary advice. He has a real passion for training and it's probably his most important trait. Having fallen in love with health and fitness whilst studying at the University of Edinburgh, I decided to turn my passion into a career.
