Saturday Night Xcel Youth Project
11-15 year olds can come with friends to enjoy a variety of free play activities within Xcel, including Swimming, Badminton, Squash, Table Tennis, Football and Basketball. Activities each week may vary depending on availability.

Teen Circuits - Coming Soon!
The brand new circuits class for 11-15 year olds is a great addition to mix up your workout, classes will focus on building strength, endurance and fitness al in a safe instructor-led environment.
We run teen gym sessions for 11 - 15 year olds throughout the week, with additional sessions in the school holidays. View Teen Gym details.
We have trampolining courses available for teens 12yrs+ who want to learn the skills and techniques of the sport, in a structured environment with British Gymnastics set criteria to work to. Contact our activities co-ordinator to find out more information.
Alternatively, we have weekly trampoline sessions to have a go, learn a few basic skills and enjoy a number of challenging games on our full size trampolines. Suitable for all abilities.
All attendees must be wearing socks, have long hair tied back and jewelery removed. Ideally clothes should not have any zips, buttons, hooks, toggles or hoods. Please avoid wearing jeans.
