Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday - Friday - Term Time
3.45pm - 4.30pm
4.30pm - 5.15pm
Saturdays, Sundays and School Holidays
11.00am - 12.00pm
3.00pm - 4.00pm
In addition to this 11-15 year olds can attend the gym anytime up until 6pm Monday to Friday and anytime on a Saturday and Sunday providing the following has been adhered to:
- They must be accompanied by a member who is either a parent, guardian or sibling aged 16+. The maximum ration is two junior members per 16+ member.
- Juniors must have had a 30 minute induction with a member of the fitness team.
- ONLY the exercises that have been shown within their programme can be completed.
