Courses

We run a number of sports courses for adults.

Introductory Pilates

Introductory Pilates is a course suitable for newcomers to Pilates. It is also great for post natal clients and clients that simply want a more gentle Pilates class, possibly because of age or injury. Clients will learn the Pilates principles and techniques with clear detailed instruction in this course that makes week by week progress.  This small class allows for a more personal experience with the added value of individual advice.

If you are a post natal client please complete a health questionnaire when booking onto the course.
