We offer a range of courses to help target specific areas of the body to improve body shape, increase strength and help you to get results.
Introductory Pilates is a course suitable for newcomers to Pilates. It is also great for post natal clients and clients that simply want a more gentle Pilates class, possibly because of age or injury. Clients will learn the Pilates principles and techniques with clear detailed instruction in this course that makes week by week progress. This small class allows for a more personal experience with the added value of individual advice.
If you are a post natal client please complete a health questionnaire when booking onto the course.

This 4 week course costs just £20 for members, or £30 for non members, but can be joined on a pro-rata basis. It is a new class combining indoor group cycling with a whole body resistance workout, using dumbbells and bodyweight to put your muscle endurance to the test!

Boot Camp Course
Following on from the huge success of the last seasons Boot Camp course, a new course will be starting again soon! This 4 week course costs £15 for members, and £20 for non members. Booking is essential. This intensive session is for those wanting a hard, fast workout, with high levels of calorie burning, designed to improve athletic capacity. Why not give it a go?!
New Dementia Group is an on-going group is on at 2:15pm - 3:45pm and costs just £4.20, with free tea and coffee as well. Carers come free!
The group will help you to learn how to manage dementia, give you helpful tips and advice on day to day living, as well as advice for family and friends.
