Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions. A free swim is also included after the session - ask reception for a swim band when booking into your gym session.
Booking is essential, as spaces are limited and sessions are bookable a week in advance at reception or by phone.
