A range of classes and sessions in the studio to help keep your workout programme varied.
Booking is essential and can be done over the phone or at reception up to a week in advance. Phone lines open at 8:30am exactly.
Sessions are free to members, or £6.30 for non members. Access to Leisure discounts are available.

Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
Interested in an intense calorie burning session? Then try BODY BLAST! This total body workout is designed to increase stamina, burn fat, and tone muscles using barbells and weights. Overall a great fitness workout! Thursday 9:35 - 10:35am.
A class designed for those with an intermediate to advanced level of fitness, it provides a high energy cardio workout to music. Not for the faint hearted!
A dynamic fitness to music class, incorporating Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. It allows individuals to increase muscle strength, improve flexibility and promotes relaxation.
