Activities for the over 50s to enjoy
We have a dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.

50+ Keep Fit
A low intensity aerobic workout for those aged 50+, incorporating stretching and exercises to loosen joints and improve flexibility.
Senior Sports Club
We have a club that runs every Tuesday and Friday afternoon with a range of activities to enjoy. Including short tennis, table tennis and also short matt bowls. For more information please contact reception on 01252 723208
