Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 4:00pm – 5:00pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 3.30pm - 4.30pm or 4.30pm - 5.30pm
Saturdays 11.00am - 12.00noon
Sundays 10.00am - 11.00am
