Enjoy a wide range of group workout classes

A range of classes and sessions in the studio and main hall to help keep your workout programme varied.

Body Balance

This Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout builds
flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Body Combat

This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

Body Pump

The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Boot Camp

High intensity training to get great results, using a variety of equipment, under the instruction of your Boot Camp leader!

CXWORX

CXWORX provides a seriously challenging & effective workout in just 30 minutes. This session will tighten & tone your body, improve functional strength & assist in injury prevention like nothing else.

Dance Fit

An upbeat aerobic dance class ideal for those who really want to improve their cardiovascular fitness.

HIIT 

High Intensity Training that's effective and functional, getting the most out of your workout, helping you to burn more calories and get fitter, faster than ever before!

Legs, Bums & Tums

A fun & easy to follow class targeting all of those problem areas!

Pilates

Pilates teaches you how to use your muscles in a controlled way so that they work in harmony with your breathing. It strengthens the body through movement & is ideal for all levels of fitness.

Yoga

Yoga offers exercise for all levels through an intense total body workout.  Build strength, flexibility & definition in this chilled out class.

Young at Heart

A low impact class for the over 50’s, a great way to stay fit & have fun.

Zumba

Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines.  Suitable for all levels.

Text size controls

This web site has been built so that the text size can be increased or decreased through standard browser settings. Below is guidance on how to do this in a selection of popular browsers.

Firefox

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose 'Zoom in' or 'Zoom out'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
