We have some dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.

Young at Heart
A low impact class for the over 50’s, a great
way to stay fit & have fun.
Monday 9.00am - 10.00am
Wednesday 9.15am - 10.15am
Friday 9.30am - 10.30am
Water based workout class for all abilities.
Tuesdays 10.00am - 11.00am Aqua Gentle
Wednesdays 2.00pm - 3.00pm Aqua Gentle
Thursdays 10.00am - 10.30am Aqua Jog
Fridays 2.00pm - 3.00pm Aqua Gentle
