Aquatic Fitness

Get fit in the pool with an aquatic class

Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes and prices.

Aqua Fit

A total body workout, Aqua fit ensures that you use every muscle in your body by using the water as resistance.  The water takes out the impact of the moves & makes this class accessible to all.  Work at your own levels & get results!

Forever Active Aqua

A fun all round body workout for the over 50's

Aqua Jogging

Eliminates impact that dry running has on joints and reduces injury.  The water provides 12 times more resistance than land and provides support for the body.  A workout that will challenge even the elite athlete.

Aqua Zumba

Offers all the benefits of traditional Zumba - high intensity dance moves with the gentle support of the water.
