Sessions are taken by by fully qualified instructurs and suitable for children to enjoy.
A programmed coach led fitness session to improve and get the most out of swimming. (Swimmers must be swim academy stages 8,9, & 10 or equivalent)
Workout with friends on different exercise stations with padwork and punching.
