Here are some of our current sessions, but do check out our timetable for the full list of workout classes and prices.

Aqua Jogging

An instructor led activity, for those who wish to use the positive benefits of the water, such as resistance and buoyancy to gain a highly effective workout that has low or no impact on joints.

Known s the Zumba "pool party," Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.
