Enjoy our supervised junior gym sessions
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions,and must book themself onto one or both time slots,due to numbers.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Thursday and Friday 4.00pm - 5.00pm
Saturdays and Sundays 2.00pm - 4.00pm
