Studio Cycling

 

Our instructor lead Studio Cycling classes are 45 minutes of moderate to intense workouts on the bike.

Take on the terrain with your instructor who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high, a great calorie burner.

 

Places for these classes are extremely popular so we highly recommend you book well in advance for all studio cycling classes.

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'

Chrome

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the spanner button to the right of the address bar
  2. Choose zoom '+' or '-'

IE 9

In Internet Explorer 9 the always-visible control has been removed.

Using the menu:

  1. Click on the cog icon in the top right
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size

Keyboard shortcut: Hold the Ctrl key down and move the mouse wheel or by use Ctrl & '+' and Ctrl & '-'.

IE 8

IE 8 has a size-change facility permanently on view: the button in the bottom-right corner. This can be used to zoom the whole page (text and images).

Using the menu:

  1. Click 'View'
  2. Click 'Zoom'
  3. Choose the desired size
