At Glossop Leisure Centre we have a wide range of classes and sessions in the studio and sports hall to help keep your workout programme varied.

The ultimate spirit, mind and body workout. Developed to strengthen the core, it incorporates isometric exercise with flexibility and mat work in a rejuvenating and relaxing low impact class.
Party yourself in to shape! A fun, empowering & energising class which combines salsa, cumbia, cha, cha, cha, hip hop & many more in easy to follow routines. Suitable for all levels.
A circuit based class using boxing bags and gloves. Learn to punch safely in a fun environment. Suitable for all levels.
Motivational 6 week course focusing on torso and abs to help you strengthen and shape your stomach and feel great. Suitable for all levels.
Total body workout incorporating cardiovascular and strength training. Work at a level that suits you.
Barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast.
A specialised class using techniques to help tone and stretch the muscles as well as relax the mind and body.
An exciting and moderate intensity step class that utilises easy to follow stepping combinations to give you a great aerobic workout.
