Juniors Attending Classes (14 - 15 year olds).
Participants aged 14 & 15 are not permitted to attend classes involving weight bearing exercises, e.g. Boxercise, Body Conditioning & Body Sculpt. Attendance to other classes is only permitted when accompanied by a parent or guardian (maximum 2 childen per adult).
Under 14s are not permitted to attend adult exercise classes.
Please ensure the when cancelling a class you give us plenty of notice. This will allow us to try and rebook your place
