Enjoy our supervised gym sessions
We have relaunched our Junior programme for 11-15 year olds. We have more gym sessions running so please join us for a safe, fun and friendly workout!
Children aged 11-15 years will be given guidance on using treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and an introduction to resistance training. Juniors must participate in an induction prior to attending these sessions.
Sessions are bookable in advance.
Monday to Friday 3.30pm & 4.30pm
(all sessions are 60 minutes duration)
Teens (11-15yrs) can now come to the gym outside of these hours anytime up until 6pm Monday to Friday and anytime Saturday and Sunday. They do however need to be accompanied by a 16yrs+ parent/guardian/sibling (not just a friend) and the ratio must be no more than one 16yrs+ supervising 2 teens.
