We have dedicated classes for adults aged 50+.

50+ Keep Fit
Dedicated fitness sessions for the over 50's including a social coffee break.
Choose from freestyle dance, basic aerobics, fitball/conditioning, aqua fit, yoga, swimming lessons and a stretch class.
Tuesday 10.30am - 12.40pm.
Thursday 10.35am - 12.40pm
